We are currently accepting abstracts.

Speaking at this premier event is an opportunity to stand in front of an international and diverse professional audience to share your valuable corporate and personal expertise. Highlight your work in the industry, share your market knowledge and connect with commercial and technical executives across India's end-to-end power value chain.

Please note: Sales and marketing presentations are not appropriate for this conference and will not be accepted.

Presentation Options: Please indicate whether you are submitting your paper for a slot in the Summit (high-level strategic content) or Knowledge Hub (technically focused content).

Format: Speaking slots are approximately 15 minutes in length. By submitting an abstract authors are agreeing to provide a copyright release and final publication of their presentation for publication in the conference proceedings.

Selection Criteria: All paper proposals will be subject to approval by Advisory Committee and conference management. Early submission is strongly encouraged. Applicants will be notified of their status by email.

Abstracts will be reviewed and judged on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the conference theme and theme of the individual session
  • Significance of the work/project to a targeted audience
  • Originality of work/project, including new concept, innovations or data
  • The completeness of the work/project

Please note that speaking slots are subject to a sponsorship fee. Submitting a paper for consideration via the form below is free of charge.

All papers will be reviewed after the submission deadline and applicants will be notified of whether their paper has been shortlisted for the programme. If your paper is of interest, the Content Team will be in touch to discuss further.

In order to be considered for a speaking slot, please provide, in English:

  • The details of the point or contact (first name, last name, job title, company, full address, email address, & phone number). The point of contact will receive all correspondence in relation to the abstract / presentation unless instructed otherwise.
     
  • (first name, last name, job title, company, full address, email address, & phone number)
     
  • The abstract title (we recommend a short and succinct title to make it more appealing to the prospective audience).
     
  • The abstract:  we request a short abstract (approx. 300 words) on the topic you wish to present.
    • Presentations must be of interest and of practical value to executives, managers, engineers and operations personnel engaged in the electrical power and renewable energy industries in India. If the topic has been presented before, the presentation made at this event must show a new perspective or updated detail.
  • Presentations should cover:
    • a) commercially viable new technologies that are applicable to the power generation, transmission & distribution and related desalination industries.
      b) case histories of applications that have been successfully backed by supporting data.
      c) strategies that apply to changes in the industry.
      d) technical solutions to problems, industry trends, strategies and regulatory compliance.
    • All technology focused presentations must be co-presented with a customer
    • Presentations should be of interest to a broad audience and not restricted to a highly specialized constituency.
    • Content of presentations must be of relevance to the Asian market.
    • Sales pitch and overtly commercial presentations will not be included in the conference
       
  • Speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
